What Is Small Group Personal Training?

Small Group PT is when you receive the support, care, and attention of a personal trainer, but spread the cost with other people. In our experience, small group PT (up to 6 in a session) is the most cost effective way to get coached to achieve your fitness goals.

How Much Is The Programme?

The programme is priced upon how much support you need, this is why we speak to everyone who is thinking about training with us. As a range, it's more than a budget gym, but considerably less than 1 on 1 personal training!

Can I Bring A Friend With Me?

Absolutely! We have lots of family members training together here at Embassy. If you book a call on this page, reply to our confirmation email that you also have a friend who wants to train with us. You may be entitled to a discount!
